Bark Beetle Money for Colorado
On Tuesday, the U.S. Forest Service announced 40 million dollars to help fight the bark beetle epidemic in rocky mountain states. It’s not clear how much money Colorado will receive, but Governor Bill Ritter says it will help the state clear trees and prevent wildfires. Bente Birkeland reports from the state capitol.
