Budget Presented to Lawmakers
Governor Ritter formally presented his plan to cut 1 billion dollars from the state budget to lawmakers on Tuesday. Members of the joint budget committee asked few questions, but wondered whether all the proposals would be feasible. Bente Birkeland reports from the state capitol.
