It would take more than 26 hours of television to tell the tale of James Michener’s town and its fictional characters from the 1880s through the 1970s. Thousands have flocked to Denver for the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Delegates will spend time at the Pepsi Center in addition to taking in the sights of the Mile-High City - many of which were around during the last convention in 1908. Albertson has influenced international education and world development programs for nearly 60 years. He’s served as a consultant to the World Bank as well as the United Nations.
