Scandal at the Interior Department

Denver Democrat Diana Degette says this week’s scandal at the Interior Department won’t hurt the state’s reputation, but she says is telling. Matt Laslo reports from Washington.

  1. What an idiotic story angle. Republican-managed government operatives are caught stealing from the people and the best question you can come up with is “is this embarrassing to Denver”. How about ” How high up in the republican administration does this scandel go? ”
    Oh, couldn’t ask that question, might embarrass one of your repub. luminaries. How about ” How many millions or billions of dollars were stolen from us in this scheme? Or ” Will any of these people go to jail? (answer, of course not, Unless they are democrats.)
    I just love the new heights that Krcc has reached in journalism.

  2. Really! Great angle! You seemed to have left out how asking how this may affect the performance of the Broncos, Rockies and Nuggets. Could this be an isolated incident or are ’sex, drugs and rock’n'roll’ now officially on the governing agenda? Are the republicans trying to get it all before the Democrats get a chance to grab their share? What is/was the mindset of the money grabbing sex fiends? Is this their own idea of a stimulus package? I mean, of course, a lube job every now and then when you are dealing with all that oil, but…
