Fire chiefs, police officers and emergency responders attended a homeland security summit at the state capitol Monday. The summit was in response to a critical federal audit last December that found Colorado mismanaged nearly 8 million dollars in U.S. Homeland Security grants. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
