Governor Bill Ritter is formally protesting federal plans to lease the Roan Plateau on the western slope to natural gas drilling. Ritter says there are serious flaws with the plan that would end up costing the state an estimated 200 hundred million dollars. Bente Birkeland reports from Denver.
