The cities of St. Paul and Denver aren’t the only ones gearing up for the Republican and Democratic National Conventions. Social service organizations are expanding their hours and working overtime to make sure homeless people aren’t disrupted when thousands of delegates, media organizations, and high level officials descend on their space.
